Check Internet Connection

First of all, check your internet connection, if it’s not working, please restart the connection.


Clear browser cache and cookies

If chrome is full of browser cache and cookies of multiple websites, sometime the users may get the connection refused error.
Clear chrome browser cookies and cache with following operations.
  • Click on Customize and Control Google Chrome button tab on the right corner
  • Click on settings or type chrome://settings/ in chrome URL bar.
  • Click on Advanced > Content settings
  • Click on Cookies > See all cookies and site data
  • Click on Remove All
  • A new popup will appear, click on CLEAR ALL
  • If you do not want to perform above operations, type chrome://settings/siteData in chrome URL bar.
  • All your cookies and cache will be cleared


Flush DNS

Use the following process to flush the DNS
  • Windows + R > type cmd to run the command prompt
  • Now run the command prompt as administrator
  • Type netsh winsock reset catalog and press Enter
  • Now type ipconfig/flushdns and press Enter
  • Your DNS will be flushed
  • Restart your computer.
